I heard you mention in your video that you cut out milk, I wouldn't say no to cutting out 5-10 pounds so I think I am going to try it! Have anything else that you have cut out or were thinking about cutting out? Thanks!!

Specifically, no! I cut out milk because my mom got to reading about how it isn't as good as everyone thinks, so she just stopped buying it. There are plenty of alternatives! Rice milk, soy, almond, and coconut. I only have rice milk but my family loves almond! There's chocolate almond milk and vanilla almond too.
But no I have not cut other food out! I have healthy food in smaller proportions more frequently throughout the day, but losing weight is different for everyone. :)
